All orders must be shipped. We ship through nationwide warehouse network. Due to our insurance requirements the admittance to warehouses is restricted to general public.

All orders are shipped ground transportation only. The carrier is chosen by the LookLuxe.com.

To avoid unauthorized orders and fraud we ship only to your credit card billing address. Signature required at the time of shipment. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPOs.

Average delivery time is 5-15 business days. LookLuxe.com does not guarantee the time of the delivery, thaw is usually falls between 8AM and 4PM. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship out any packages on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, nor will any packages be delivered on those days. Orders placed on the last working day before an official holiday will be processed on the first working day after the holiday. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.

LookLuxe.com selects and partners with reliable and reputable carriers, but occasionally shipping damage does occur. Resolving the problem of transit damage or loss depends on the cooperation of all parties. LookLuxe.com makes every effort to ensure that your shipment arrives on time and in good condition and when a claim arises, we work with our customers to satisfy all parties. Freight damage claims must be made against the common carrier; therefore, it is imperative that you follow these guidelines:
Inspect all shipments upon arrival. If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's Bill Of Lading. These notations have to be precise in damage description and accompanied by photographs. Have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation. The actual delivery time is the most crucial part of resolving a damage claim, if damage(s) were to occur. If the damage is severe in nature meaning crushed, smashed or obvious damage other than cosmetic damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment. The packaging should be intact with no obvious punctures through the shrink-wrap. If you do not inspect the freight for damage, it will be very difficult for LookLuxe.com to assist you in filing a claim. You must have someone that is familiar with the shipment sign for the shipment which is generally the person that ordered the equipment.

In the event you have signed for a shipment and there is concealed damage, do not throw away the packing materials or cartons or there will be no basis for a claim. Concealed damage is damage that occurred either at the factory or during shipment that is not obvious without removing the carton. If concealed damage is discovered, stop unwrapping or un-packaging the shipment and contact LookLuxe.com at customerservice@lookluxe.com.

LookLuxe.com must file a claim on your behalf with the carrier, but cooperation and an exact procedure must be followed by the consignee, as well as excellent communication between the consignee and LookLuxe.com is essential to secure a claim. Please note: much of this process will be done in writing.

If you do not follow the instructions LookLuxe.com will not be able to file a claim and during this process LookLuxe.com bears no responsibility for freight claims or for damage. All damages must be reported to LookLuxe.com within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Any claims filed or attempted to be filed after that may be rejected at the sole discretion of LookLuxe.com.

In the event of damage, although the driver acknowledges the damage in writing, an inspection by the carrier's designated inspection team must take place immediately, so it is imperative that the consignee retain the merchandise, carton, and packing materials at the address to which shipment was made until the carrier authorizes further action. If you have a camera or digital camera, photographs that record the date on which they were taken will help to speed the claim process. LookLuxe.com will also request pictures of damage to submit with any claim filed on behalf of the purchaser.

Do not return merchandise to LookLuxe.com without the prior authorization of LookLuxe.com as we will refuse any unauthorized shipments to our facility. When you file your claim be prepared to fax (718) 499-1084 copies of the bill of landing or receipt (signed by you and the driver). Keep all packing materials and boxes with the damaged product. Do not throw anything away until the claim is settled. Although LookLuxe.com will file the claim with the carrier, LookLuxe.com is not responsible for paying for the freight nor does it accept liability for freight claims or the cost of the repair. We offer this assistance simply because we are familiar with the process and we can help expedite the matter.

When items are shipped, the items become the property of the purchaser when they leave our dock. Motor freight companies have strict policies regarding damaged freight. If you sign for a damaged package without noting the damage at the time of delivery, they will often not allow the claim. If this is the case, it will become your responsibility to collect any damages from the shipper. Please make sure you inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting them. Once again, we are not responsible for items damaged or destroyed during shipment.

Upon receipt, please visually inspect all packages for damage before you sign for them. If any visible damage noticed, please report to the carrier and/or reject the package. Concealed damage (the damage found after unpacking) must be reported to customerservice@lookluxe.com within 24 hours in order to be considered. Please make sure to include your name and order number. LookLuxe.com will not be liable for any damages or losses after 24 hour period.

If anything is missing from your shipment, please notify us immediately so the replacement item can be forwarded to you. Any and all shortages must be reported to LookLuxe.com within 24 hours from the verified shipment delivery. After that period LookLuxe.com will reject subsequent missing part claims.
