The major part of sales activities is done with the member states of the European Union: More than 63 % of German woodworking and furniture exports go currently to EU customers. 14 % of the exports take place with Eastern Europe and 13 % with other European countries, i. e. Switzerland or Norway. About 6 % aim at the Asian markets.
Although the level of exports to these countries is still comparatively low, Asia and the markets in Middle and Eastern Europe are gaining more and more importance. German furniture manufacturers and woodworking enterprises are becoming more internationally orientated and are looking for new forms of co-operation and partnership all over the world. Consumers can now benefit from the high quality of woodworking products made in Germany world wide.

Furniture made in Germany combine function, haptic, ergonomy and environmental friendliness to a more global concept of design. Design starts at the supplier products.
